Phytoway Inc. was set up in June 2001 and had a registered capital of 10.5 million Yuan (about 1.27 million U.S. dollars). It is an export–originated high-tech enterprise, which is engaged in herb-planting, researching, developing, producing and marketing standardized herbal extracts, Chinese herbal preparations and Western medicine. We invested 40 million Yuan (about 5 million U.S. dollars) in Hunan Liuyang Biomedical Zone and had set up a new plant complying with national GMP, which includes a standardized herbal extract production center, a modern TCM production center and a researching and testing center. We get the GMP certificates both for the Medicine and the Health Food and have been awarded as the first “Standardized Herbal Extract Industrialization Model Project” by the State Planning Commission. With our own Self-management Export and Import Right we exports 50 different kinds of herbal extracts and the finished products into dozens of countries.
